تأثیر ارتباطات سیاسی بر سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد و عملکرد شرکت
هدف: سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد، نوعی رفتار سرمایهگذاری است که از دسترسی بیشتر به جریانهای نقد آزاد نشئت میگیرد. معمولاً دسترسی به منابع خارجی در شرکتهای با ارتباطات سیاسی قوی، بیشتر است؛ از این رو، مدیران این شرکتها با تصمیمهای خود ممکن است عملکرد شرکت را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند. به همین منظور، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر ارتباطات سیاسی بر سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد و عملکرد شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پرداخته شده است.
روش: برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، 110 شرکت از تمام شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران برای دوره زمانی 1389 تا 1395 انتخاب شد و با استفاده از رویکرد دادههای ترکیبی، فرضیههای پژوهش آزمون شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان میدهد ارتباطات سیاسی بر سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد تأثیر مثبتی داشته و بر عملکرد شرکت تأثیر منفی میگذارد.
نتیجهگیری: ارتباطات سیاسی میتواند به شرکتها کمک کند تا منابع مالی بیشتری بهدست آورند، اما دسترسی به وامهای تجاری نشئت گرفته از ارتباطات سیاسی، اعتبار مضاعفی ایجاد کرده و هزینههای مالی را افزایش میدهد. علاوه بر این، دخالت سیاستمداران ممکن است موجب تحریف در تخصیص منابع اجتماعی شده و به سرمایهگذاری بیشتر از حد و تضعیف عملکرد شرکت منجر شود.

بیشاعتمادی مدیران و نگهداشت وجه نقد با تأکید برنقش تعدیلکننده کیفیت حسابرسی
هدف: با توجه به نقش محوری وجه نقد در تداوم فعالیت، انعطافپذیری مالی و استفاده از فرصتهای سرمایهگذاری، مدیران برای نگهداشت وجه نقد انگیزه کافی دارند. وجود خصیصه بیشاعتمادی در مدیران موجب تخمین بیش از حد دانش و توانایی آنها در ایجاد بازده و جریانهای نقدی آتی میشود. این روند میتواند بر تصمیمگیری آنها در خصوص سرمایهگذاری در پروژهها و میزان نگهداشت وجه نقد تأثیرگذار باشد. از سوی دیگر، حسابرسی با کیفیت، سازوکار مؤثری برای کنترل تصمیم مدیران و مسائل نمایندگی مرتبط با طرحهای سرمایهگذاری محسوب میشود. از این رو، رسالت اصلی این پژوهش، واکاوی تأثیر کیفیت حسابرسی بر رابطه بین بیشاعتمادی مدیران و نگهداشت وجه نقد است.
روش: فرضیههای پژوهش با استفاده از جامعهای متشکل از 170 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1390 تا 1394 و با بهرهگیری از معادلات رگرسیونی چندگانه مبتنی بر دادههای تلفیقی، آزمون شدهاند.
یافتهها: یافتههای بهدست آمده حاکی از آن است که بین بیشاعتمادی مدیران و نگهداشت وجه نقد رابطه منفی وجود دارد. همچنین حسابرسی با کیفیت، شدت رابطه منفی بین بیشاعتمادی مدیران و نگهداشت وجه نقد را کاهش نمیدهد.
نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج بهدست آمده، مدیران بیشاطمینان بهدلیل اعتماد بیش از حد به خود و نادیدهگرفتن تقاضا برای وجه نقد، تمایل کمتری به نگهداشت وجه نقد دارند. به علاوه بر خلاف مبانی نظری پژوهش، کیفیت حسابرسی بر رابطه بین بیشاعتمادی و نگهداشت وجه نقد اثر ندارد و این میتواند بهدلیل نامناسب بودن سنجههای اندازهگیری کیفیت حسابرسی در ایران و مؤثر نبودن کیفیت حسابرسی در جلوگیری از رفتار بیشاعتمادی مدیران باشد.

بررسی تأثیر تمرکز مشتری براجتناب مالیاتی با درنظر گرفتن سهم بازار شرکت
هدف: هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر تمرکز مشتری بر اجتناب مالیاتی با در نظر گرفتن سهم بازار شرکت است.
روش: معیار اندازهگیری اجتناب مالیاتی، تفاوت نرخ قانونی و واقعی مالیات شرکت است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 79 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران برای دوره زمانی 1384 تا 1393 بوده و دادهها با استفاده از رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل شدهاند.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که تمرکز مشتری شرکت دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنادار بر فعالیتهای اجتناب مالیاتی آن است. علاوه بر این، ارتباط مثبت بین تمرکز مشتری و اجتناب مالیاتی زمانی برجستهتر است که شرکت در صنعتی که فعالیت میکند، سهم بازار کمتری داشته باشد.
نتیجهگیری: سطح تمرکز مشتری بر عملکرد عملیاتی، ریسک جریان نقدی و سیاستهای مالی شرکت تأثیر میگذارد، از این رو انتظار میرود میزان مشارکت در فعالیتهای اجتناب از مالیات را نیز تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. تمرکز مشتری شرکت به تقاضا برای نگهداری نقدینگی بیشتر و نوسانهای مالی کمتر منجر میشود. از آنجا که برنامهریزی مالیاتی میتواند جریانهای نقدی و سودهای حسابداری را افزایش دهد، شرکتهای با پایه مشتری متمرکز ممکن است بیشتر در فعالیتهای اجتناب مالیات مشارکت کنند.

مطالعه نقش ارتباط اجتماعی و حرفهای اعضای کمیته حسابرسی با ارزیابی ریسک گزارشگری متقلبانه شرکت
هدف: این پژوهش به مطالعه نقش و اثر ارتباط اجتماعی و حرفهای اعضای کمیته حسابرسی، در ارزیابی اعضای کمیته حسابرسی از ریسک گزارشگری متقلبانه شرکت میپردازد.
روش: مطالعه پیش رو از نوع پیمایشی ـ کاربردی است. موضوع از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه بررسی شده و نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده از 102 نفر از اعضای کمیته حسابرسی شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در سال 1396 صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل یافتهها از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که بین روابط اجتماعی و حرفهای اعضای کمیته حسابرسی با مدیران ارشد و اقدامات اعضای کمیته حسابرسی برای ارزیابی ریسک گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه، رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، بین روابط اجتماعی و حرفهای اعضای کمیته حسابرسی با سایر مدیران و تلاشهای کمیته حسابرسی برای ارزیابی ریسک گزارشگری مالی متقلبانه، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها نشان میدهد که چگونه سطح روابط اجتماعی و حرفهای اعضای کمیته حسابرسی با مدیران میتواند بر ارزیابی آنها از ریسک گزارشگری متقلبانه شرکت مؤثر باشد.

تأثیر محدودیت مالی بر خطر سقوط قیمت سهام با تأکید بر اقلام تعهدی اختیاری
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر محدودیت مالی بر خطر سقوط قیمت سهام با تأکید بر اقلام تعهدی اختیاری در شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است.
روش: بهمنظور اجرای این پژوهش، 110 شرکت برای دوره زمانی 1389 تا 1395 انتخاب شدند. از رویکرد دادههای ترکیبی برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش استفاده شده است
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که محدودیت مالی بر خطر سقوط قیمت سهام تأثیر مستقیم دارد. بدین معنا که محدودیت در تأمین مالی با ذخیره اخبار بد و در نهایت با سقوط قیمت سهام مرتبط است. همچنین شرکتهای نمونه به گروه شرکتهای با اقلام تعهدی اختیاری بالا و پایین تقسیم شدند و در نهایت نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر مثبت محدودیت مالی بر خطر سقوط قیمت سهام در شرکتهایی که اقلام تعهدی اختیاری بالایی دارند شدیدتر است.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای بدست آمده، نتایج سازگار با تئوری نمایندگی است.

سرمایه اجتماعی و حقالزحمه حسابرسی
هدف: سرمایه اجتماعی گونه نوظهوری از سرمایه اقتصادی است که موجب اعتماد متقابل افراد و همکاریهای سودمند در فضای کسبوکار شده و بدین ترتیب، رفتارهای اقتصادی را به سوی رفاه جمعی سوق میدهد. در بازار سرمایه، حقالزحمه حسابرسی تحت تأثیر ریسک صاحبکار قرار میگیرد، از این رو میتواند شاخصی گویا برای اثربخشی اعتماد ایجاد شده از سرمایه اجتماعی در عرصه کسبوکار باشد. در این رابطه، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر سرمایه اجتماعی صاحبکار بر حقالزحمه حسابرسی پرداخته شده است.
روش: سرمایه اجتماعی در این مطالعه شامل شاخصهای شناختی (دینداری، ارزشهای خانوادگی، جمعگرایی) و ساختاری (رابطه با سایر شرکتها و رابطه با دولت) است. نمونه پژوهش از 119 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1388 تا 1395 تشکیل شده و روش آزمون فرضیهها، مدل رگرسیون چند متغیره در مجموعه دادههای ترکیبی است.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سرمایه اجتماعی نشئت گرفته از دینداری، جمعگرایی و رابطه با سایر شرکتها، بر حقالزحمه حسابرسی اثر منفی و معناداری میگذارد. با وجود این، برای سایر شاخصهای سرمایه اجتماعی، یعنی ارزشهای خانوادگی و رابطه با دولت، اثر معناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجهگیری: سرمایه اجتماعی با آفرینش اعتماد، گرایش به همکاری و شکلدهی اقدامات جمعی برای دستیابی به همافزاییهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی، موجب نیل به رفتارهای اقتصادی بهسوی اهداف و منافع جمعی و اجتناب از رفتارهای فرصتطلبانه در کسبوکار شده و این مسئله بهطور معناداری به کاهش حقالزحمه حسابرسی میانجامد.

تأثیر نوآوری و نقش تعدیلی مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی بر عملکرد مالی شرکتها در صنایع مختلف
هدف: نوآوری به شرکتها توانایی میدهد تا بتوانند به رقابت و تغییرات محیطی بهتر پاسخ داده و با کسب قابلیتهای جدید، به عملکرد مالی مطلوبتری دسترسی پیدا کنند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین تأثیر نوآوری و نقش تعدیلی مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی بر رابطه بین نوآوری و عملکرد مالی شرکتها در صنایع مختلف است. روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و نمونه آماری شامل 184 شرکت بورسی (سال ـ شرکت 1840) در بازه زمانی 1386ـ 1395 است. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر متغیرها از روش معادلات ساختاری و برای تحلیل الگوها از رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان میدهند که در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، نوآوری در صنعت دارویی، شیمیایی و پلاستیک نسبت به صنایع دیگر، تأثیری بیشتری روی عملکرد مالی دارد. مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی در صنعت کانیها و دارویی، شیمیایی و لاستیک نسبت به صنایع دیگر، تأثیر بیشتری بر عملکرد مالی شرکتها دارد. با افزایش مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی، عملکرد شرکتها بهمراتب بهبود پیدا میکند. نتیجهگیری: هنگامی که مسئولیت اجتماعی بهعنوان متغیر تعدیلی در نظر گرفته میشود، قدرت مدل در تمامی صنایع افزایش مییابد، اما تأثیر آن در صنعت کاشی، سیمان، آهک و گچ و همچنین صنعت کانیها بیشتر از سایر صنایع است. این یافتهها اهمیت نوآوری و مسئولیت اجتماعی در عملکرد سازمان را نشان میدهند.
