فرهنگ سازمانی و تمکین مالیاتی شرکتی (مطالعۀ موردی: اداره کل امور مالیاتی مودیان بزرگ)
با توجه به اهمیت مالیات و درآمدهای مالیاتی در توسعۀ اقتصاد کشور و تحقق اهداف کلان اجتماعی، شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر تمکین مالیاتی ضرورت بسیاری دارد. شناخت این عوامل بهمنظور طراحی روشهای کارآمد برای افزایش درآمدهای مالیاتی، مستلزم درک جنبههای گوناگون رفتاری مؤدیان در خصوص قضاوت و تصمیمگیری برای تمکین مالیاتی است. از آنجا که تصمیم مؤدیان به تمکین مالیاتی تابعی از هنجارهای فرهنگی است، توجه به تأثیر فرهنگ اهمیت بسیاری دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی رابطۀ فرهنگ سازمانی و تمکین مالیاتی شرکتی میپردازد. در این پژوهش برای سنجش فرهنگ سازمانی، از پرسشنامۀ فرهنگی هافستد و برای اندازهگیری تمکین مالیاتی شرکتی، از معیاری مبتنی بر تفاوت مالیات ابرازی و قطعی شرکتها استفاده شده است. نمونۀ آماری پژوهش، 65 شرکت از شرکتهای ادارۀ کل امور مالیاتی مؤدیان بزرگ طی سالهای 1387 تا 1391 است. نتایج نشان میدهد فرهنگ سازمانی بر تمکین مالیاتی شرکتی اثر شایان توجهی دارد و تمکین مالیاتی شرکتها، از طریق اجتناب از عدم اطمینان کم، فردگرایی زیاد، مردگرایی زیاد و فاصلۀ قدرت کم مشخص میشود.

بررسی تأثیر مدیریت سود تعهدی بر رابطۀ بین مدیریت واقعی سود و هزینۀ سرمایه
این پژوهش در پی پاسخ به این سؤال است که آیا اقلام تعهدی اختیاری بهعنوان جانشین مدیریت سود تعهدی بر رابطۀ مدیریت سود واقعی و هزینۀ سرمایه تأثیرگذار است؟ در این پژوهش مدیریت سود تعهدی بر مبنای مدل کازنیک و مدیریت واقعی سود از طریق جریان نقدی غیرعادی، تولید غیرعادی و هزینههای اختیاری غیرعادی سنجیده شده است. نتایج برآورد رابطۀ فرضیههای پژوهش با بهرهمندی از روش دادههای ترکیبی برای 121 شرکت بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی دورۀ پنجساله (1388 تا 1392) حاکی از این است که بین هر یک از معیارهای مدیریت سود واقعی و هزینۀ سرمایه، رابطۀ مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین یافتهها نشان میدهد مدیریت سود واقعی نهتنها بهصورت مستقیم، بلکه بهطور غیرمستقیم و از طریق مدیریت سود تعهدی (میانجیگر کامل) بر هزینۀ سرمایه اثر میگذارد. به بیان دیگر مدیریت سود واقعی، مدیریت سود تعهدی را بالا میبرد و مدیریت سود تعهدی موجب افزایش هزینۀ سرمایه میشود.

تأثیر سطح وجه نقد نگهداریشده بر رابطۀ بین بازدهی و سرمایۀ در گردش
مدیریت اثربخش و کارای سرمایۀ در گردش، موضوع با اهمیتی برای بنگاههاست، بهویژه بنگاههایی که با محدودیت منابع مالی مواجهاند. از این رو پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطۀ بین سرمایۀ در گردش و سودآوری بنگاهها و اثر تعدیلکنندۀ سطح وجه نقد نگهداریشده بر این رابطه پرداخته است. در این پژوهش از دادههای 104 شرکت پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، طی سالهای 1383 تا 1392 استفاده شده است. بهکمک رویکرد گشتاورهای تعمیمیافتۀ دومرحلهای دادهها تجزیهوتحلیل شدهاند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد بین سرمایۀ در گردش و بازدهی شرکتها رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد. این امر حاکی از توجه سرمایهگذاران به میزان سرمایۀ در گردش شرکتها در هنگام اتخاذ تصمیمهایشان است. همچنین یافتههای پژوهش مؤید بیتأثیربودن وجه نقد بر رابطۀ بین سرمایۀ در گردش و بازدهی شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و برقرارنبودن رابطۀ U شکل بین سرمایۀ در گردش و سودآوری آنهاست.

استفاده از منابع مالی درونی و بیرونی با توجه به نوسانهای پرداخت پاداش به مدیران، آثار متفاوتی بر بهرهوری، بازده حسابداری و کارایی سرمایهگذاری دارند. در مطالعۀ حاضر این پرسشها مطرح شده است که آیا بازده سهام بر پرداخت پاداش هیئتمدیره بر مبنای نرخ رشد داراییهای نقدی مؤثر است؟ آیا تغییر بازده داراییها بر پرداخت پاداش هیئتمدیره بر مبنای نرخ رشد داراییهای نقدی مؤثر است؟ بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش بررسی تأثیر همزمان بازده سهام و تغییر بازده داراییها بر پرداخت پاداش هیئتمدیره بر مبنای نرخ رشد داراییهای نقدی است. به این منظور از دادههای 81 شرکت پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1388 تا 1392، رگرسیون چندمتغیره و مدل دادههای ترکیبی استفاده شد. نتایج بررسیها نشان داد ارتباط معناداری بین تغییرات بازده داراییها و بازده سهام با پاداش بر مبنای نرخ رشد داراییهای نقدی شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران برقرار نیست.

پیشبینی دستکاری سود: توسعۀ یک مدل
دستکاری سود در چارچوب اصول پذیرفتهشدۀ حسابداری، همان مدیریت سود است که ممکن است کارا یا فرصتطلبانه باشد، اما دستکاری از طریق نقض اصول پذیرفتهشدۀ حسابداری، نوعی تقلب بهشمار میرود. در هر صورت دستکاری سود، مانع از ارزیابی صحیح عملکرد شرکت میشود. توسعۀ مدلی که بتوان از طریق آن به پیشبینی دستکاری سود پرداخت، امکان ارزیابیهای بهتری از عملکرد شرکتها فراهم میآورد. بدین منظور این پژوهش درصدد است ضرایب مدل دستکاری سود بنیش را تعدیل کند و بر مبنای بهترین متغیرهای پیشبینیکننده، مدلی بومی برای پیشبینی دستکاری سود، توسعه دهد. در این راستا دادههای 90 شرکت تولیدی (990 مشاهده) پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1391- 1381 بهکمک رویکرد تمایزی و لاجیت بررسی شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد در محیط اقتصادی ایران، مدل اولیۀ بنیش نسبت به مدل تعدیلشدۀ بنیش، قدرت خوبی برای شناسایی سطوح دستکاری سود ندارد. مدل تعدیلشدۀ بنیش و مدلهای توسعهیافته با رویکرد تحلیل تمایزی و لاجیت بهترتیب با دقت کلی 72 ، 75 و 81 درصد، قادر به شناسایی شرکتهای دستکاریکننده و غیردستکاریکنندۀ سود هستند. همچنین شواهد نشان داد اطلاعات حسابداری برای پیشبینی دستکاری سود، مفید است.

بررسی پیشایندها و پسایندهای احساس تبعیض جنسیتی در حرفۀ حسابرسی
در مشاغل مبتنی بر کار گروهی، از جمله حرفه حسابرسی، محیط فعالیت کارکنان اهمیت فراوانی دارد. از دسته عوامل مهم و مؤثر بر محیط کاری کارکنان، احساس تبعیض جنسیتی است. در این پژوهش، تأثیر عوامل فردی و سازمانی در مؤسسههای حسابرسی بر احساس تبعیض جنسیتی حسابرسان زن و همچنین پسایندهای آن بهصورت نگرشی و رفتاری، بررسی شده است. این پژوهش از دستۀ پژوهشهای پیمایشی بهشمار میرود که به روش همبستگی اجرا شده است. دادههای این پژوهش بهکمک 136 پرسشنامۀ برخط که توسط حسابرسان زن شاغل در مؤسسههای حسابرسی تکمیل شده بود، بهدست آمد و با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این است که حسابرسان شاغل در مؤسسههایی با شرایط سازمانی و عوامل فردی مستحکمتر، سطح کمتری از تبعیض جنسیتی را احساس میکنند. افزایش این احساس تبعیض در حسابرسان، موجب میشود که از رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی خود در سازمان بکاهند یا رفتار انحرافی سازمانی را در پیش بگیرند و در نهایت انگیزۀ خروج از مؤسسه را در ذهن خود بپرورانند.

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی درک حسابرسان از مفهوم زیربنایی تردید حرفهای در کار حسابرسی مستقل میپردازد. برای بررسی درک حسابرسان از این مفهوم، از تأثیر شش عامل رتبۀ حسابرس، جنسیت، عضویت در جامعۀ حسابداران رسمی ایران، سن، سطح تحصیلات و رشتۀ تحصیلی استفاده شده است. اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامههای توزیعشده بین کلیۀ شاغلان در مؤسسههای عضو جامعۀ حسابداران رسمی ایران جمعآوری شده است. این پژوهش در گروه پژوهشهای پیمایشی قرار میگیرد. دادهها با اجرای آزمونهای کای دو، ناپاراتریک فریدمن، وی کرامرز و کندال تاو ـ سی تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد پنج عامل از شش عامل انتخابشده بر درک حسابرسان از مفهوم تردید حرفهای تأثیر معناداری میگذارند. نتایج بیانکنندۀ این است که حسابرسان با ویژگیهای مختلف درکهای متفاوتی از مفهوم بنیادی و کلیدی تردید حرفهای دارند و این میتواند چالشی برای حرفۀ حسابرسی باشد و توجه بیشتر در حوزۀ آموزش و استانداردگذاری را میطلبد.
