حقالزحمه حسابرسی: شواهدی بیشتر از نقش اهرمهای بدهی عملیاتی و مالی
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین اهرمهای بدهی، بهخصوص اهرم بدهی عملیاتی و مالی با حقالزحمه حسابرسی، اجرا شده است.
روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش، 113 شرکت برای دوره زمانی 1390 تا 1397 است. همچنین، در این پژوهش با استفاده از رگرسیون چند متغیره، روابط بین متغیرهای پژوهش، آزمون شده است.
یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، بین اهرم کل بدهی، اهرم مالی و اهرم عملیاتی برآوردی با حقالزحمه حسابرسی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد؛ اما بین تغییر در اهرمهای بدهی و تغییر در حقالزحمه حسابرسی، رابطه معناداری مشاهده نمیشود. بر اساس نتایج آزمونهای بیشتر، افزایش اهرم کل بدهی و اهرم مالی در شرکتهای کوچک و بزرگ، بر افزایش حقالزحمه حسابرسی تأثیر میگذارد و زمانی که اهرم مالی در شرایط بحران مالی بالا باشد، حسابرسان با دریافت حقالزحمه بیشتر، با ریسک حسابرسی آن برخورد میکنند. همچنین بین اهرم کل بدهی، اهرم مالی و اهرم عملیاتی برآوردی با حقالزحمه غیرعادی حسابرسی نیز، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی، نتایج این پژوهش، اهمیت تمایز بین انواع مختلف اهرم را در مطالعات مربوط به حسابرسی و بهطور اخص، حقالزحمه حسابرسی برجسته میکند. همچنین، نتایج بر ادبیات موجود هزینههای نمایندگی و تأثیرهای افتراقی انواع مختلف اهرم، در بستر حسابداری و مالی نیز میافزاید.

تحلیل ساختاری پیشرانهای مؤثر برآینده گزارشگری شرکتی در ایران
هدف: طی سالهای اخیر، در رابطه با بیکفایتی گزارشگری سنتی شرکتی، نگرانی و دغدغههای فزایندهای وجود داشته است. این موضوع، ضرورت اندیشه در خصوص عوامل مؤثر بر خلق آینده گزارشگری شرکتی را برجسته میکند. بر این اساس، هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل ساختاری پیشرانهای مؤثر بر آینده گزارشگری شرکتی در ایران است.
روش: در مرحله نخست، بهمنظور شناسایی فهرست پیشرانها، از مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با خبرگان حوزه گزارشگری شرکتی بهره گرفته شد، سپس بهمنظور اعتبارسنجی و اجماع در خصوص پیشرانهای بااهمیت، از تحلیل دلفی فازی استفاده شده است. در مرحله دوم با بهکارگیری روش تحلیل اثرهای متقابل با استفاده از نرمافزار میکمک، به تحلیل ساختاری پیشرانهای شناسایی شده در مرحله نخست اقدام شد. برای گردآوری دادهها در مراحل مختلف پژوهش، از نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده شد. در مرحله نخست، با 17 خبره مصاحبه به عمل آمد. پرسشنامه دلفی در دور نخست، بین 35 نفر از خبرگان و در دور دوم، بین 27 نفر از پاسخدهندگان مرحله نخست توزیع شد. پرسشنامه تحلیل ساختاری نیز، بین 35 نفر حاضر در مرحله نخست دلفی، بهطور مجدد توزیع شد که از این بین 20 پاسخ دریافت شد.
یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج مرحله نخست پژوهش، 52 پیشران در مصاحبههای اکتشافی شناسایی شدند که خبرگان، پس از دو دور اجرای دلفی فازی، 37 پیشران را بهعنوان پیشرانهای بااهمیت پذیرفتند و در خصوص آن اجماع کردند. در مرحله دوم نیز، پس از تحلیل ساختاری پیشرانها، جایگاه هر پیشران بهعنوان پیشرانهای اثرگذار، پیشرانهای دووجهی، پیشرانهای خروجی و پیشرانهای قابل حذف مشخص شدند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که سه پیشران «ورود به عرصه اقتصادی جهانی، رفع تحریمها و گسترش پیوند با سرمایهگذاران خارجی»، «خصوصیسازی مالکیت» و «توسعه شبکههای اجتماعی»، بر شکلگیری آینده گزارشگری شرکتی، بیشترین تأثیرگذاری را دارند. انتظار میرود نتایج این پژوهش، در ارائه تفسیری ساختارمند و سیستمی از متغیرهای اصلی اثرگذار بر آینده گزارشگری شرکتی و روابط بین آنها گام مؤثری باشد.

الگوی سنجش قابلیت مقایسه صورتهای مالی بر اساس تئوری ارزشگذاری نسبی
هدف: ذینفعان مختلفی مانند سرمایهگذاران، تدوینکنندگان مقررات و پژوهشگران، بر اهمیت قابلیت مقایسه صورتهای مالی تأکید کردهاند، با وجود این، الگوهای سنجش تجربی اندکی برای آن معرفی شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش ارائه الگوی مناسب برای سنجش قابلیت مقایسه صورتهای مالی است.
روش: با اتکا بر مبانی تئوری ارزشگذاری نسبی، الگوی سنجش قابلیت مقایسه صورتهای مالی با رویکرد پسرویدادی مبتنی بر خروجیهای گزارشگری مالی ارائه شده و در این مسیر، از اطلاعات 194 شرکت در دوره زمانی 1388 تا 1397 استفاده شده است.
یافتهها: الگوی جدید ارائه شده در این پژوهش، در مقایسه با الگوی دیفرانکو، کوتاری و وردی (2011) بهعنوان الگوی رایج سنجش قابلیت مقایسه صورتهای مالی، قدرت تبیین بیشتری دارد. در بین پنج نسخه ارائه شده از الگو، بعد از نسخه مبتنی بر نسبت قیمت بر سود عملیاتی هر سهم که بر اساس یافتههای آزمون اعتبارسنجی، بیشترین قدرت تبیین را دارد و بهترین الگوی سنجش قابلیت مقایسه صورتهای مالی است، بهترتیب نسخههای مبتنی بر نسبتهای قیمت بر سود هر سهم، قیمت بر ارزش دفتری هر سهم، قیمت ابتدای دوره بر سود هر سهم و قیمت بر فروش هر سهم نیز در رتبههای بعدی قرار گرفتند.
نتیجهگیری: الگوی ارائه شده در این پژوهش با رفع برخی محدودیتهای الگوهای قبلی، ابعاد جامعتری از قابلیت مقایسه صورتهای مالی را مدنظر قرار داده است. استفاده از این الگو، موجب میشود که تصمیمهای فعالان بازار سرمایه، هرچه بیشتر بهسمت تحلیلهای بنیادی سوق پیدا کند و کارایی کل بازار سرمایه افزایش یابد.

نقش توانایی مدیران و هموارسازی سودهای تقسیمی در تغییر محتوای اطلاعاتی سودهای جاری
هدف: تمایل به تغییر شیوه پرداخت سود تقسیمی، میتواند بیانگر توانایی مدیران در کنترل نوسانهای ایجادشده در بازار سرمایه باشد؛ بهنحوی که مدیران بهمنظور پوشش ریسک ناشی از این نوسانها، به محدودسازی تغییرات در سودهای تقسیمی اقدام میکنند. هدف این مقاله، بررسی نقش توانایی مدیران و هموارسازی سودهای تقسیمی در تغییر محتوای اطلاعاتی سودهای جاری است.
روش: در این پژوهش، بهمنظور بررسی و تحلیل فرضیهها، دادههای مربوط به 120 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، طی دوره زمانی 1387 تا 1397 استخراج شد و بهکمک مدل رگرسیونی دادههای ترکیبی به روش اثرهای ثابت، فرضیههای پژوهش آزمون شدند. بهمنظور محاسبه هموارسازی سودهای تقسیمی، از روند سودآوری و سودهای تقسیمی گذشته بر مبنای مدل فلیرز (2019) و برای محاسبه توانایی مدیران، از مدل دمرجیان، لو و مک وی (2012) استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که توانایی مدیران به افزایش هموارسازی سودهای تقسیمی منجر میشود. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از فرضیه دوم پژوهش، بیانگر ارتباط معنادار بین توانایی مدیران و محتوای اطلاعاتی هموارسازی سودهای تقسیمی است.
نتیجهگیری: مدیران بسیار توانا، به هموارسازی عمدی سودهای تقسیمی تمایل بیشتری دارند و این هموارسازی با سودآوری آتی شرکت در ارتباط است. مدیران توانمند با توجه به مهارتی که در پیشبینی و برآورد عملکرد آتی شرکت دارند، اطلاعات مربوط به سودهای آتی را در قالب هموارسازی سودهای تقسیمی جاری ارائه میدهند.

مبانی و زمینههای ارزیابی اخلاقی حسابداران از تقلب: دیدگاه دین، فلسفه و محیط
هدف: شرکتها ساختارهای سازمانی متفاوتی دارند و افراد بدون داشتن ریشههای اخلاقی قوی در چنین محیطهایی، ممکن است بهسمت رفتارهای غیراخلاقی منجر به تقلب کشیده شوند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر عوامل محیطی، فلسفی و دینمداری بر ارزیابی اخلاقی حسابداران از تقلب در حرفه حسابداری است.
روش: در این پژوهش، برای دینمداری، سه بُعد زندگی شخصی، اجتماعی و اخلاقمداری و برای شرایط محیطی، دو جنبه عوامل درونی و بیرونی و همچنین برای فلسفه، دیدگاههای سودمندگرایی و ماکیاولیسمی مدنظر قرار گرفت و تأثیر آنها بر ارزیابی اخلاقی تقلب، در چهار بُعد بررسی شد.دادههای لازم برای آزمون فرضیهها با استفاده از توزیع 300 پرسشنامه در بهار 1399 که حسابداران و شاغلان حرفه حسابداری آن را تکمیل کردند، گردآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها نیز با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج، از تأثیر معکوس دینمداری اخلاقی حسابداران بر ارزیابی اخلاقی از تقلب حکایت میکند، در حالیکه دینمداری، در زندگی شخصی و اجتماعی تأثیر معناداری را نشان نمیدهد. علاوه بر آن، دیدگاههای ماکیاولیسمی و سودمندگرایی نیز، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری را بر ارزیابی اخلاقی از تقلب در حسابداری نشان میدهد؛ اما زمینههای ارزیابی اخلاقی درونی و بیرونی حسابداران، تأثیر معناداری بر آن ندارد.
نتیجهگیری: شواهد از تأیید مبانی دینمداری اخلاقی و فلسفی، بر ارزیابی اخلاقی از تقلب در حسابداری حکایت میکند، در حالیکه زمینههای درونی و بیرونی در این رابطه تأثیری ندارند. بنابراین، عوامل اثرگذار بر فردیت حسابداران، مانند دینمداری اخلاقی و فلسفه اخلاقی، برای کاهش تقلب و جلوگیری از آن، بسیار بااهمیت است و این موضوع باید در نظر گرفته شود.

تأثیر اندازه مؤسسه حسابرسی و رده سازمانی حسابرسان بر استدلالهای اخلاقی حسابرسان مستقل در مراحل مختلف نظریه رشد اخلاقی کالبرگ
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر اندازه مؤسسه حسابرسی و رده سازمانی حسابرسان، بر اسـتدلالهـای اخلاقـی حسابرسـان مستقل در مراحل مختلف تئوری رشد اخلاقی کالبرگ است. روش: این پژوهش از نوع کمی و در دسته پژوهشهای پیمایشی قرار میگیرد. برای جمعآوری دادههای پژوهش از پرسـشنامـهای سناریومحور استفاده شده است. حسابرسان شاغل در مؤسسههای خصوصی حسابرسی و سازمان حسابرسی، جامعه آمـاری پـژوهش را تشکیل میدهند. تعداد 355 پرسشنامه در سال 1399 از حسابرسان شاغل در مؤسسههای خصوصی حسابرسی و سازمان حسابرسـی دریافت شد. دادهها نیز با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل رگرسیون بررسی شدند. یافتهها: پژوهش حاضر سه یافته عمده داشت. یافته نخست نشان میدهد که استدلالهای اخلاقـی حسابرسـان مسـتقل در سـطح پساقراردادی نظریه رشد اخلاقی کالبرگ قرار دارد. یافته دوم، از وجـود رابطـه منفـی معنـادار میـان سـطوح اسـتد لالهـای اخلاقـی حسابرسان مستقل و اندازه مؤسسههای حسابرسی حکایت میکند. یافته پایانی نشان میدهد که با افزایش مرتبه سازمانی حسابرسـان مستقل، سطح استدلالهای اخلاقی آنها کاهش مییابد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اندازه مؤسسه حسابرسی و رده سازمانی حسابرسان مستقل، بر استدلالهای اخلاقـی آنهـا اثرگذار اسـت. یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند به سیاستگذاران و قانونگذاران حرفه، برای جلوگیری از ریسک بالقوه بـیتـوجهی بـه آیین رفتار حرفهای توسط حسابرسان کمک کند.

تأثیر خودشیفتگی مدیران بر افشای اختیاری اطلاعات شرکتها
هدف: نتایج تحقیقات پیشین نشان داده است که ارائه اطلاعات داوطلبانه و اختیاری شرکتها، به کاهش ریسک سرمایهگذاران کمک میکند؛ اما ارائه این اطلاعات، به تصمیمهای مدیران بستگی دارد. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر خودشیفتگی مدیران بر افشای اختیاری اطلاعات شرکتهاست. روش: با استفاده از دادههای 135شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، در دوره زمانی 1388 تا 1397، فرضیهها به کمک رگرسیون چندگانه آزمون شدند. یافتهها: پس از تجزیه و تحلیلهای آماری، نتایج حاصل از فرضیههای پژوهش حاکی از آن است که خودشیفتگی مدیران، بر افشای اختیاری اطلاعات شرکتها تأثیر منفی و معناداری میگذارد. در این پژوهش، از دو شاخص نسبت پاداش مدیران بر کل حقوق و دستمزد پرداختی و اندازه امضای مدیران برای سنجش خودشیفتگی مدیران استفاده شده است. نتیجهگیری: خصوصیتهای شخصیتی مدیران خودشیفته، آنان را به انجام اقدامهایی بر خلاف عرف سوق میدهد و باعث میشود در پی توجه و ستایش دیگران باشند و این اقدامها در نهایت، عملکرد سازمان را تحت تأثیر قرار خواهد داد. از این رو، تعصبات شخصی و توهمهای مثبت مدیران خودشیفته، بر عرضه اطلاعات مالی به بورس اوراق بهادار تأثیر میگذارد. این مدیران، به نادیدهگرفتن بازخوردهای منفی محرمانه از عقل خویش تمایل دارند و بهطور طبیعی، اطلاعات را در زمان ارتباط با سهامداران در خصوص عملکرد شرکت نادیده میگیرند. افزون بر این، مدیران خودشیفته، ممکن است آگاهانه، اطلاعات ارسالی برای متقاعدکردن سرمایهگذاران را که پروژههای در حال اجرا و با آینده امیدوارکنندهای دارند، تحریف کنند. بروز این پدیده در بین مدیران، باعث خواهد شد که با استفاده از روشهای مختلف، تلاش کنند تا افشای اطلاعات اختیاری به سرمایهگذاران و سایر سهامداران را کاهش دهند.
